Mix-use Apartments
A proposal for a mixed use building for Kansas City, MO. First floor is flex space, second and third floors are apartments. Roof is accessible to residents. Arrays of photo-voltaic panels above the roof provide enough power for the commercial first floor, and also serve as shading for the roof.
